  1. Rhymes that have a similar vowel sound are what I like best. A lot of the time I'll try to craft the rhythm of the entire line so the final syllable isn't the be all and end all and I can be creative with them. But all this is predominantly because I love language and tightly crafted lyrics, both in meaning and sound.
  2. Just got around to uploading the complete album to YouTube so there is no download necessary to dip your feet in the musical water. Hopefully this will spread the word a bit more, what's music if not to give away?! Click 'Play All' at the top of this link: http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLF3288BB8231D61CB&feature=plcp
  3. I posted on here a little while ago and stopped posting to get together an album of songs. I have now made an album entitled 'Hummingbird' and you can check out a couple of songs on the YouTube videos below. If you like them and want to hear more you can download the whole album at the following link: http://www.mediafire.com/file/m3v3ou43oyodu2i/Hummingbird.zip Please feel free to liberally share the link if you like it and you can follow any news on my blog at http://www.gregtank.blogspot.com Many thanks for reading and I'm now looking forward to getting involved with song critiques again with hopefully more experience and better perspectives Greg http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wkj4oMRXW0g&feature=feedu
  4. Been working on some fingerpicking to Woody Guthrie's 'This Land is Your Land'... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5B5gwZg1vN0
